Crooked River Coffee Company  Our coffee is locally roasted in 5 lb batches by Crooked River Coffee Company specifically for Sanctuary on Green.   Each cup, press and pot is individually brewed and made from freshly ground beans. We offer 5 different beans: Sanctuary Blend, Kenya AA, Organic Ethiopian, Decaf Sumatra, and Decaf Costa Rican.

Iced Coffee (also known as a 'toddy”) We soak freshly ground beans overnight in cold filtered water and then strain. The result is an incredibly smooth iced coffee with a very high caffeine content. By brewing coffee with cold water, less acidity and bitterness is extracted, resulting in a smooth, strong cup of coffee.           21 oz iced coffee - $4.25

Cold frothed milk, a not-fat alternative to 2%milk or cream, is available by request.
Soy & Rice milk, plain or vanilla, is available as a milk substitute.
